Good

Room quite large and clean. Facilities were nice and taken care of with big swimming pool. Location was not too bad, 10 min walk from nearest beach and some restaurants

We asked for double bed which we didn't get. The breakfast was not so good, clean and organised.

Good stay but issue with towels

Nice location and clean room. Staff are kind and welcoming.

Check out is at 12 but at 10am they collect towels from all the rooms.

It was quite nice. The food that was available tasted good. Quiet and peaceful when we were there.

The cleaning could definitely be improved, it wasn't a disaster but not completely clean. Very small towels in the room. Booked a nicer room with a pool view but we got none of that. Very meager selection at both dinner and breakfast. Drinks with the food cost extra. At breakfast there was only dry baguette, no other bread. No omelette, no yogurt, no sweets.

The only good thing about this hotel is the stuff , very helpful and welcoming . Otherwise some rooms smelled terrible.

They dont have anything in the room like they said in the websitr, no kettle no glasses no even tooth broush on to of that the room besude accommodated a dog, and pets are not allowed, the dog scared my daughter multiple time and we didint sleep koz of the barking. When i call the recetion they said sorry only and pretended to take action but nothing, i have called aot of time even i threated them to call the police but still no action taken. I will never tep in that hotel in my life.

Nice place next to Carthage Land.

Out of season, so a little quite which was great, some confusion better front desk and the spa as to who would let you in the fitness suit. Indoor pool great and warm. Friendly staff.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and only had blankets for extra warmth. Decor in need of updating. Expensive taxi service to airport

unsatisfied in booking and poor menue of food.

As long as you are a foreigner, so they will cheat you directly. You pay more than others, never told about your rights inside hotel and asked to pay for everythying. The food and menue served is very poor, no variety of types of food and plates.

Honestly this was probably the best hotel

Honestly this was probably the best hotel I have stayed in during my travelling life lol. The reception staff were so helpful so friendly and very welcoming. The hotel had a great indoor pool which was such a highlight as there was a outdoor poor but it wasn’t warm enough to swim in. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel cleaner was also very kind she tidied the room to great standards. So thank you for that. Also the hotel is local to all bars, restaurants, pharmacies and has a theme parks 5 mins walk from it. Tunisia was beyond amazing and so was my stay st Eden Yasmine Hotel and Spa. Thank you to everyone there.

The only downfall would be there isn’t a kettle in the room, however again the staff were so friendly we got to warm up our child’s milk downstairs in the lobbying

rethink before ypu visit this hotel

the staff at the restaurant are friendly

the food was tasteless, we stayed in room 12 which is dirty and smelly, we mentioned that to reception but they refuse to change the room for us and we had to wait for the next day to move to a clean room

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The stuff was very helpful specifically the housekeeping.

One day I bought some food and water for my dad. My Dad has diabetes, and needs to eat, he can not stay more than 3 hours without eating.they told me I don't have the right to buy anything from outside, however if I need anything I should to buy from them. It was weird for me. to spend a lot of money, for something I can afford for less money.

Good in the outside but not in the inside

I liked the pool and the activities provided in the pool

1-The water in the barhroom was terrible ( it cant control hot and cold water ,i couldn't take a normal shower ). 2 - And the worst thing is we couldn't sleep untill 3 am sometimes 4 am because of the extreme loud music from the disco next to the room 279 even we make a complain to the reception guy but nothing happens , its was such a bad experience , add to that we dont have an access to that disco !!!!. 3- the breakfast was poor no service at the tables no forks .. the table was dirty , even we have to wait for more the 20 min to get food!!! . Its was very bad service at the breakfast .

Waiste of time and money

All people working there were nice and friendly. Good placement. The beach is very clean.

Outdated hotel, it should be a 3 stars hotel instead of 4, we had to wait for toctoc to go to the beach bcoz it's not close to the hotel as they claimed. We asked for a king size bed they gave us twin bed. The room is uncomfortable, not well cleaned, furniture is old, the bed is not steady, it moves whenever i move, pillows were very small, water is either too hot or too cold, pool is filled with chlore, bar closes at midnight, animation was booooring, food is catastrophic, they oblige you to buy water from the hotel, no parking. We had to go to the reception to get the tv remote. Towels were very small.
